Terms Of Service - Service Flow Apps

1. Introduction

Welcome to Service Flow Apps.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our software, mobile applications, services, website and related products. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Service Flow Apps provides branded and custom business applications, customer management systems, booking systems and digital workflow solutions for service-based businesses.

2. Services Provided

Service Flow Apps may provide:

  • White-label mobile applications
  • Custom-built applications
  • Booking systems
  • Customer management tools
  • Notification systems
  • Loyalty systems
  • Business workflow tools
  • Dashboard and reporting systems
  • Ongoing software support and updates

Services may vary depending on the selected plan or custom agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information
  • Supplying logos, branding and required assets
  • Ensuring business compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Managing customer communications and business operations
  • Maintaining appropriate insurance and business licences where applicable

Clients must not use the platform for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purposes.

4. Payments & Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.

Setup fees, onboarding costs and custom development fees are non-refundable once work has started.

Failure to make payments may result in:

  • suspension of services,
  • restricted access,
  • or removal of hosted systems after reasonable notice.

Service Flow Apps reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

5. White-Label & Custom Apps

Service Flow Apps provides branded applications tailored to each client’s business.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Service Flow Apps retains ownership of the underlying software platform, systems and framework.
  • Clients retain ownership of their business branding, logos and business data.

Custom development requests may require additional fees and timelines.

6. Hosting & Availability

We aim to provide reliable and secure services; however, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Temporary downtime may occur due to:

  • maintenance,
  • third-party outages,
  • app store services,
  • cloud hosting providers,
  • or technical updates.

Service Flow Apps is not liable for losses caused by temporary service interruptions outside reasonable control.

7. Support & Updates

Support availability may vary depending on the selected plan.

We may provide:

  • onboarding assistance,
  • technical support,
  • software maintenance,
  • bug fixes,
  • and platform updates.

Response times are not guaranteed unless agreed within a custom support arrangement.

8. Data & Privacy

We take reasonable measures to protect business and customer data.

By using our services, you agree that:

  • data may be securely stored using third-party cloud providers,
  • customer information may be processed to provide app functionality,
  • and Service Flow Apps may access limited data where required for support and maintenance.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, designs, frameworks and platform technology developed by Service Flow Apps remain the intellectual property of Service Flow Apps unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not:

  • copy,
  • resell,
  • reverse engineer,
  • distribute,
  • or reproduce platform technology without permission.

10. Termination

Clients may cancel services at any time unless bound by a separate written agreement.

Service Flow Apps reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:

  • non-payment,
  • abuse,
  • unlawful use,
  • or breach of these terms.

Upon termination:

  • access to hosted services may be removed,
  • and data retention periods may apply.

11. Limitation of Liability

Service Flow Apps shall not be liable for:

  • indirect losses,
  • loss of profits,
  • business interruption,
  • customer loss,
  • or third-party issues beyond reasonable control.

Use of our services is at the client’s own business risk.

12. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
