Delete Your Account
Users can permanently delete their account directly inside the app.
To delete your account:
- Open the app
- Go to:
More → Account
- Scroll to the bottom
- Tap:
Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
When an account is deleted:
- Your profile data is permanently removed
- Bookings and loyalty information may be deleted or anonymised
- Associated app data is removed where applicable
- Your authentication account is deleted
This action cannot be undone.
